Frank Klopp began his career in the chemical distribution industry in the late 1980s with The Kish Company, a Cleveland-based distributor. Tasked with developing the company’s presence west of the Mississippi, he built a strong West Coast territory from the ground up, becoming a leading advocate for color pigments within the business. After nearly two decades of success with Kish, Frank founded FM Minerals & Pigments, Inc. in 2007 with the support of loyal customers who valued his integrity and service.

Today, Frank emphasizes deep technical knowledge of the products he represents and focuses on maintaining long-term, trusting relationships with his customers. His goal has always been to provide consistent, fair pricing and reliable supply, serving as a trusted partner who simplifies the purchasing process so customers can focus on the bigger challenges of running their businesses. He also expects the same level of commitment and dedication from his team that he demanded of himself while building FM, instilling a culture of hard work, accountability, and customer-first service. Frank’s early career as a professional baseball player sharpened his competitive spirit and work ethic, qualities that continue to drive both him and the company forward.

Frank earned a baseball scholarship to Cal State Polytechnic University of Pomona, where he graduated in 2010 with a degree in Business Operations Management. He joined FM Minerals & Pigments that same year and now has over 15 years of experience in raw material acquisition and distribution. Today, Frank oversees company operations and manages the sales team, with a strong focus on efficiency, growth, and lasting partnerships.

Rachel joined FM Minerals after more than 12 years of experience in chemical distribution across the Western United States. She brings strong technical knowledge built from hands-on lab work, including testing and analysis. Her leadership is marked by building reliable relationships, finding practical solutions, and always working to go beyond goals.

Thomas has over 15 years of sales experience, including nearly a decade in technical sales for raw materials distribution with FM Minerals. Since joining the company in 2016, he has built strong customer relationships and developed new business across multiple regions. After relocating to Florida in 2022, he successfully expanded FM’s presence in the southern US.

Adam graduated from Stanford University with a degree in Industrial Engineering, where he also played baseball. He joined FM Minerals & Pigments six years ago, bringing technical experience from his time working in Silicon Valley. As Director of Business Development, Adam focuses on strengthening FM’s business processes and guiding the company through its rapid expansion, positioning FM for long-term growth and operational excellence.
